Making A Purchase

Making a purchase from Boxing MMA could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Ordering

Orders can be made online or telephone. All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5% with the exception of clothing in child sizes which is zero rated. Any purchases made by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared into our account. Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear. All cheques should be made payable to Topstar (UK) Ltd, with both the cheque card guarantee number and expiry date clearly written on the reverse of the cheque. We regret that third party cheques or credit cards cannot be accepted. Customers will be charged £25.00 in the event that any cheque presented as payment be returned to our Bankers as unpaid for any reason whatsoever. Any charges incurred from a debt recovery agency will be passed on to the customer.

Shipping And Handling

Boxing MMA charges shipping or handling on all products on our website. Heavy and Bulky Products are subject to additional shipping costs and these will be detailed when ordering. For more details on how this may affect you, please contact our sales team direct. European shipping rates are calculated by weight and depend on where the sale is being delivered to. Prices are calculated at the checkout.

Delivery Schedule:

We endeavour to dispatch your order right away. Your order should reach you in three (3) to five (5) working days. However items in Inner and Outer Europe may take up to 10 working days.
The goods will be dispatched by a reputable carrier. Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject to delays out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible. In the case of non-delivery or missing parcels, normal channels will be pursued before replacement or compensation is allowed. Deliveries must be checked by customers before signing receipt from carrier. The company will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for with no reference to condition delivered in.
Any damages or shortages must be notified in writing within 1 day of receipt. Signed proof of carrier required where complete parcel is damaged or there are shortages of items.
Ownership of goods is only passed to the purchaser when the full payment is received. Where goods are lost, damaged or destroyed after delivery, and the ownership has yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against this loss provided it has not resulted from our negligence.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security:

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Boxing MMA does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Returns Policy

Where goods have been ordered by ‘phone, e-mail, fax or post, you have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods. You many cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways:- post or e-mail. If you cancel the agreement, we will refund you the full price of the goods including delivery within 30 days, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us, and until you do so you are under a duty to take reasonable care of them. If you fail to exercise reasonable care, and goods are damaged, we will have a claim against you for breach of duty, and we would therefore recommend that you return goods in their original packaging as soon as reasonably possible after cancelling. If you fail to return the goods to us, you must make them available for collection and we will charge you the direct cost of recovering them.

Exchanges and Refunds

If goods are found to be faulty or misdescribed on delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible to advise us.If you need to return all/part of your order under the 7-day cancellation period above, or if the goods are faulty or mis-described, please return them to Boxing MMA, Unit 8 Transfer Bridge Industrial Estate, County Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN1 2HW. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
